SIFF2026: Pioneering Science and Technology for Sustainable Foods and Human Health

NUS

Drawing from the overwhelming feedback from the inaugural Singapore International Food Forum (SIFF) of two days held in August 2024, with Food Safety & Toxicology being among its focuses and participated by ~350 delegates from 20+ countries, we are excited to launch the second edition of the event (SIFF2026) on 3rd and 4th August 2026.

As a leading institution in Food Science & Technology in the region, we are dedicated to hosting high-quality international conferences at which researchers and professionals worldwide can share their groundbreaking outcomes and forge valuable connections. We believe that through collaboration and knowledge exchange, we can spur the creativity and innovation that are urgently needed to build a resilient and sustainable food system.

This year, the Forum is designed for a wider scope, encompassing a broader spectrum of Food Science & Technology and Human Health. Some of the topics include AI, nanotechnology, NAMs, emerging processing technologies, novel foods, and sustainable proteins. More parallel sessions will be arranged for different subjects, and renowned experts from various fields will be invited to share insights at respective sessions.

The areas covered are as follows, and we welcome participants from all sectors of academia, governments, NGOs, and industry.
